Welcome to BuyCrafts.net, a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that provides a marketplace for shop owners to sell their arts and crafts. Before you begin selling items through BuyCrafts.net, you must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By registering as a vendor on BuyCrafts.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms mentioned below:
- Vendor Registration:
1.1. To become a vendor on BuyCrafts.net, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
1.2. All vendors must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
2. Art and Crafts Listings:
2.1. Vendors are responsible for creating and managing their product listings on BuyCrafts.net.
2.2. All art and crafts listings must be original creations or appropriately licensed for sale.
2.3. Vendors must accurately describe their products, including relevant details, prices, and shipping information.
- Fees and Withdrawals:
3.1. There is no registration or item listing fee on BuyCrafts.net.
3.2. Vendors can request withdrawals from their BuyCrafts wallet once they have accumulated a minimum of $500 in their account.
3.3. A withdrawal fee of $5 per transaction will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount.
- Sales and Transactions:
4.1. BuyCrafts.net will facilitate transactions between vendors and customers.
4.2. Upon successful completion of a sale, the vendor is responsible for fulfilling the order promptly and accurately.
4.3. Vendors must adhere to BuyCrafts.net’s shipping and delivery policies.
- Prohibited Items:
5.1. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling illegal, counterfeit, or infringing products.
5.2. Items that promote hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any illegal activity are not allowed.
- Intellectual Property:
6.1. Vendors must ensure that they have the necessary rights or licenses to sell their art and crafts on BuyCrafts.net.
6.2. Vendors agree not to use any copyrighted or trademarked materials without appropriate authorization.
- Account Security:
7.1. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security of their BuyCrafts.net accounts and passwords.
7.2. Any unauthorized use of a vendor’s account should be reported immediately to BuyCrafts.net.
- Compliance with Laws:
8.1. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their activities on BuyCrafts.net.
8.2. Any violation of the law may result in the termination of the vendor’s account.
- Termination of Vendor Account:
9.1. BuyCrafts.net reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account for any violation of these terms and conditions or any other legitimate reason.
9.2. In the event of account termination, any outstanding withdrawal amounts will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure.
- Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
10.1. BuyCrafts.net reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes to the terms via email.
By completing the vendor registration process, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the registration process.
